The Processing Center and the functions of the Processing Center were transferred to the RSU "Republican Antiepizootic Detachment" from KazAgroMarketing LLP by Order No. 7-1/179 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan from February 2015. These Rules of Operation of the Processing Center (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 38-1) of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and determine the procedure for the functioning of the Processing Center.

The processing center performs:

1. Issue of individual numbers;
   - The issue of individual numbers of farm animals (hereinafter referred to as the issue of individual numbers) is a set of measures to determine the sequential numbering of individual numbers of farm animals and their distribution by administrative–territorial units of the republic.;
   
   
2. Registration of laser stations, products (facilities) and attributes for identification of farm animals and their producers in the database on the emission of individual numbers;
   - The procedure for entering information about laser stations, products (means) and attributes for the identification of farm animals and their producers into the database for the emission of individual numbers is the registration of laser stations
   
   
3. Maintaining a database on the issue of individual numbers;
   - The database on the emission of individual numbers of farm animals is an automated system for the emission of individual numbers of farm animals, including information about registered laser stations, products (tools) and attributes for the identification of farm animals and their producers.;
   
   
4. Monitoring the identification of farm animals.
   - The monitoring and Processing Center analyzes the information specified in paragraph 25 of these Rules and provides an analysis of the results of monitoring the identification of farm animals, which is drawn up in the form of reports, tables, both on paper and using electronic systems for collecting, processing and storing information, to the department of the authorized body in the field of veterinary medicine monthly until the 10th the month following the reporting period.
